In New Orleans since 1996, Chef Miner has brought together the rich culinary flavor of New Orleans with traditional American cuisine to produce a style that will appeal to any pallet.

As a medallist at the Louisiana Culinary Classic from 2001-2004, Chef Miner has competed with the best Louisiana culinary professionals. Now Chef Miner brings his award winning talent to Paillard’s.
